Jennifer Chody
Jennifer has been at Avery Ranch
Animal Hospital for over six years,
now. She has been a veterinary
technician for 8 years. During this
time working at Avery Ranch Animal
Hospital she has made good friends
and met some wonderful clients.
She is a proud mother of two, and
provides a loving home to 2
wonderful animals.

Amy Terway
Amy started at Avery Ranch
Animal Hospital in October of
2006. After 18 years in the
veterinary field, she still loves her
job! She and her husband have
three wonderful Border Collies,
and are involved in Border Collie
Rescue. Favorite activities include
canine sports and spending time at
the barn with her horse.

Dr. Skupin grew up in the Panhandle of
West Texas. He attended North Texas
State University, and received a degree in
Computer Science in 1985. Dr. Skupin
was a software contractor until 1998, when
he was accepted into the College of
Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M
University.
Dr. Skupin is married, and has one
daughter at Cedar Valley Junior HIgh and
one daughter at Great Oaks Elementary
School. He currently has two dogs and
one cat. The newest addition is a Great
Pyrenees named Maximus, who is often
mistaken for a small sofa behind the
receptionist's desk. Gaius, Border
Collie/Chief of Operations at Avery Ranch,
may occasionally be spotted in the back
as well. Tigger, a brown tabby, also makes
rare appearances at the receptionist's
desk.

certified dog trainer and behavior
therapist. She has held workshops
throughout the state, and has

the Philippines. Rayna shares her
life with a pack of dogs that
includes Border Collies, German
Shepherds, Boerboels, Toty
Collies, and a couple of mystery

performances with her Toty
